DISCUSSION MEETINGS:
Our discussion meetings are a great chance to learn something new, bond with other moms, or just take a break for a few hours. They are held the 2nd Monday and last Wednesday of each month (unless otherwise noted) from 7:30-9:00 p.m. at Whitney Place in Natick. Social time begins at 7:15 p.m.
Non-mobile infants are welcome.
Discussion: Bully Proofing Your Child
Come learn about what the difference is between teasing
and bullying. What are the challenges for our children and for
us parents? Learn techniques to help your children un-
derstand and deal with issues such as teasing, bully-
ing, anger management, cliques and more. Elizabeth
Barnes, author of "A Family Guidebook on Bullies,
Self-Esteem and Hidden Hurts!" will be the speaker.

Discussion: Workout Strategies for Busy Moms
Misconceptions about exercise sometimes keep busy
people from even trying to get started. Josh
Rosenfeld of Fitness Together will review how to
maximize your workouts and make them more effi-
cient. He will cover the following:
• Debunking the myths about exercise
• How to maximize your time to work out efficiently and
effectively
• How to do more with less
• Creating a blueprint for success
